Fernanda Marques architect and Associates, São Paulo - Brazil.
The luxury sustainable loft was designed for the Casa Cor exhibit. Casa Cor is the second largest architecture and decoration event in the world.
The house itself is a piece of art, the nature is screaming out loud, everything was inspired by sustainability issues. Recycled wood, green seal furniture, highly efficient LED system, represent the commitment to the environment.
Thumbs up for the wood table, bookcase/wine cellar, and the plants hanging from the ceiling, absolutely fabulous. My favorite thing about this project is the outside bar (what a surprise), cheers for the green connection with the house.
Each and every one of us can make changes in the way we live our lives and become part of the solution, lets spread the word Bloggers, love you all!

This is sexy!!
Very sexy indeed!!
Cool concept!
Sweet, isn’t? Love their concept
I love the overhead planters. What is the plant? It looks like green Spanish moss. Is it some sort of moss?
Hey Larry,
I love the plants too, not sure what type of moss is that, considering that there’s over 12000 different species. lol

whoa. beautiful. i love the design of the bookshelves especially. <3
The bookshelves are a signature design of Marques Architects, pretty cool!
Go ahead – make me nostalgic. The last decade before I retired, I was fortunate to work with a few of the most interesting architects here in Santa Fe.
I learned the most from those who felt that budget size shouldn’t be a constraint on creativity.
Are you an architect? It is really good to work in an environment where budget is not the biggest problem, you can let the creativity fly away.
Thanks for your comment boss.
I want to be there! Save me a room please!
