Danish photographer Rasmus Morgensen has embraced his dark side for the compelling fashion editorial ‘Happy Widow’. Using a predominately black colour scheme that contrasts with fashion model Magdalena’s pale skin tone, he creates an intriguing photo shoot with gothic undertones. Fashion editor Laurent Dombrowicz sticks to the dominating dark colour palette for the stylish and glamorous outfits by Paco Rabanne, Valentino, Jil Sander and Calvin Klein, while makeup artist Violette adds bold splashes of colours to the mix with Dior’s latest makeup products. The looks are complemented by oversized gold jewellery and accessorises from Yves Saint Laurent, Lanvin and Ela Stone.
